I recently visited Wax Poetic for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The salon had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff was professional and attentive. The hairstylist listened to my concerns and preferences, and gave me a fabulous haircut. I left feeling confident and satisfied with the service.
