The overall experience with Fox Communications LLC has been average. Their website, fox-communications.com, is visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, their customer service was not up to par. The representatives were slow to respond and didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. The pricing is also on the higher side compared to other companies. I expected better from them.
