I had a mixed experience with Thauvette Benefit Concept. While their website could use some improvement, their customer service was exceptional. The representatives were kind and patient, addressing all my concerns effectively. I would consider their rates as reasonable and the benefits package was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as average.
