The Human Resources department is generally very nice and helpful but there are a few employees such as Jill Silva and her mother who will be completely rude anytime they're spoken to or are speaking to you. They've rolled their eyes multiple times when talking to me and show no respect or care for what is needed when I walk into their department. When they've approached me it's often been completely unprofessional, her mother will stand in the hall and swing her arms and ask you what you need. I've been in that department for hours before and the entire time they were talking to eachother and chatting about non work related things. I do not understand how either of them got anything work related done. I wish they had the same empathy and compassion as the rest of the employees in the department. They do not make me feel like I'm getting help when I come in there, they seem like I am wasting there time when I ask simple questions such as where another department is located.
