Autumn Oaks of Sanford North Carolina currently managed by Intermark Management Corporation has electrical cross wiring issue. The apt above me in bldg 100, is always cursing that their electricity has gone out when I turn off my breaker. If I turn off my AC apt .100 L is complaining about my AC being turned off and that they need to turn theirs off, as if they are piggybacking off of my energy. I would like to know what my apt or energy has to do with the apt above? I refuse to be paying for consumption of another apt. Sharon the maintenance worker was spotted with a wiring company. Something needs to be done STAT. Duke Energy states that it's an internal affair.
