I have been a customer of Financial architects, inc. for many years and I must say their service is average. They provide the basic financial services that most people need, but nothing outstanding. While their website financialarch.com is easy to navigate, I wish they had more options for online banking. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
