This place lacks communication and passion ! Don t get me wrong SOME staff actually act like they care about being in the Healthcare field. But majority of the staff come off as if they aren t getting paid to work. Multiple times I ve called and been placed on hold and transferred for hours only to get my call hung up with no actual answer. I know this pandemic made things hard for people but that is not to be used as a excuse for everything. If you don t have passion for the Healthcare field then go find where your passion is and make room for those that are begging for the chance to make a difference.
