Melbourne IT is an average company. The services they provide are just about satisfactory. I have used their services for my website hosting and domain registration, and while they were not exceptional, they were also not terrible. The customer support could be improved, as they were not always prompt in responding to my queries. Overall, I would rate Melbourne IT as average.
