My mom came here through ambulance and when I arrived I let them know they told me that I had to wait for security. Then 30 minutes passes by and I ask them when security is coming back and nothing. Then almost an hour passes and my Aunt comes in asks to see her sister they let her and only her to the back. It was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in a hospital. The waiting room is disgusting and the restrooms were nasty and had pee samples everywhere.
