I have been a customer of Private Research Clinical for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. The website is easy to navigate and they do have a wide range of clinical research studies available. However, the customer service is lacking. I have had multiple instances where my questions and concerns were not addressed properly or timely. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to work with.
