I have been a customer of Brompton Heights for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The staff is generally helpful, although there have been times when I felt like they could have been more attentive. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but there is nothing particularly impressive about them. Overall, Brompton Heights is an okay option for senior living.
