I've had mixed experiences with New Horizon Mall. While the selection of shops is impressive, the overall customer service could be improved. I've encountered some unfriendly staff members who were not very helpful. However, there are also some standout employees who go above and beyond to assist customers. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience has been average.
