The quality of Escarpment Laboratories' yeast and bacteria cultures is excellent. Their strains have consistently produced superior results in my brews. The customer service is also exceptional. They are always quick to respond and provide helpful advice. I cannot recommend Escarpment Labs enough to all brewers.
