I recently hired a cleaning company to take care of my home, and I decided to go with Pristine Clean LLC. Overall, my experience with them was average. The booking process was fairly simple and their website was easy to navigate. However, I found that the quality of their cleaning services was just okay. While they did a decent job with the basic cleaning tasks, I was left a bit underwhelmed with their attention to detail. They missed a few areas that I specifically asked them to focus on, and there were a couple of spots that were not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the communication could have been better. It took a couple of attempts before they responded to my initial inquiry. Although they were professional in their interactions, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. Overall, Pristine Clean LLC provides an average cleaning service, but there are certainly areas where they can enhance their performance.
