Digital outlet is a decent company. The prices are okay, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. The website is easy to use, and I haven't encountered any major issues. The customer service could be improved though. I had an inquiry, and it took them a while to respond. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement.
