I recently had the opportunity to work with Potentia Labs, Inc. and I must say that the experience was average. The company website, potentialabs.com, was informative and easy to navigate. However, I found that their customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and I felt like I had to constantly follow up with them. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
