Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever ha...

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of working with. After trying to file a claim against them, they have lied to us, failed to file paperwork, and just refused communications for weeks. We have $4000+ in damages they're supposed to pay for but seem to think that closing their eyes and ignoring us will make us go away. And it's not just a single adjuster, but upper management as well.

Don't work with this lying despicable company. They'll make you look bad by association. Like they did to the independent assessors they hired only for them to provide me a paper trail to prove Berkley was lying.
