I recently sought help from a mental health service provider and chose mentalhealthks.com. While the services provided were adequate, I felt that there was room for improvement. The staff was professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection or understanding from them. The sessions often felt rushed, and I would have appreciated more individualized attention. Overall, my experience was average, but I believe there are other providers out there that may offer a better fit for my needs.
