App was down for 5 days and you couldn't upload any gas receipts so I emailed them and had to send my receipts to 3 different customer service reps. They emailed me back in a week and said they uploaded the receipts. I went to transfer money to my paypal account and it didn't go in. So I emailed them about not receiving my money and they said they closed my account bc they said I turned in two of the same receipts by mistake and they were the ones whom uploaded the receipts so you would think they would have caught that before uploading. So they kept my $16 all for a .22 cent gas receipt over a mistake. Don't use this app bc that was a scam of stealing right there because they kept my money and now they won't reply to my emails of getting my money!! Going to be contacting BBB regarding this matter!!
