It's all about location and this is perfect for the opera house, botanical gardens and the ferries. The main shopping area is 10 minutes easy walking away and the restaurants of the rocks area are 15 minutes walk away. The rooms are a little tired but they are comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
