I recently had the opportunity to engage with this company for a sports event, and I found their services to be fairly average. While the event was well-organized and the staff were friendly, I encountered some issues with the registration process that were a bit frustrating. Additionally, I felt that the communication leading up to the event could have been more proactive. However, the event itself went smoothly and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would describe my experience with this company as average. I appreciate their efforts in organizing the event, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and registration processes.
