Delay tactics, do not honor warranty, HORRIBLE customer service. Willing to take your money but not willing to honor your warranty.

Purchased 1 yr warranty. No response after claim submitted. Far exceeding 72 hour response. Don't even try to speak to someone on the phone. Delay tactics are shocking and upsetting. Purposefully filtering my calls. Ridiculous.
