I had an average experience with Ford Groupe Dugardin. The staff was helpful, but I felt that they could have been more knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles they were selling. The selection of cars was decent, but I had expected more options to choose from. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I would suggest Ford Groupe Dugardin to improve their staff training and expand their car inventory.
