I will never return here and would strongly discourage others based on my following experience. I purchased a vehicle for another dealership, which had a radio problem. The other dealership handled and paid for the ordering of the new radio from AutoNation (everything is OK so far). I was told that the radio would take 1 month to arrive. I checked in one month later, but they said it would be another month. Called back a month later, and AutoNation noted that it was returned back to factory as no one claimed it, and it cost them money to store it at the dealership. I'm mad, but ok bring the radio back. I was told it would be another 2 months. At this point I question their logistics department. Drop ship doesn't exist at this company? 2 months later, I called them and they said it was delayed another month. This time, I called a week later, and who would have known, it arrived last week. No call from them. They would have just sent it back. I finally get it into the dealership 5 months after the radio order date. The one thing they did right was fix it quickly, BUT AT A COST. My rear view camera no longer worked. I didn't notice until I was reversing into my driveway later that day. I called the next day and left a message for my service tech. No return call. Called again a week later, left a message, no return again. I called the next week after that and was told, "did you purchase an extended warranty?" No because all I got was new radio. I was then told it would be $180 for diagnostics plus cost of repair. But wait, it worked before they received the car. I was told that if diagnostics confirms it was their fault then it would be no cost. Ok, because I trust them to be honest right.... I'll fix myself, but will never do business with them again. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
