I love, love, love the Gold's Gym in Lawrenceville...

I love, love, love the Gold's Gym in Lawrenceville.

The classes ROCK! Especially Zumba (Tiffany) and Kickboxing (Sarah).

The staff has always been really friendly, welcoming, and supportive.

I not sure how often they clean the equipment, but I haven't experienced any that were disgustingly gross and I've seen the janitorial staff walk around quite often so that's a plus.

Clientele ranges in shapes, sizes, ages, and ethnicity so no need to feel self-conscious because everyone is literally just trying to "get their workout on".
