I expected very nice and clean rooms based on other reviews I read before booking this hotel. However, upon arrival I was disappointed. The room was very small, which I expected, but it was poorly maintained. Several outlets were falling out of the wall, the bathroom door handle was broken, the towel heater did not work, the room was very hot and AC did not work, and there were many dents and scratches on all parts of the room. Additionally, the elevators always say they are going up when they really are not, which causes excessive wait times. Finally, the YOBOT for luggage storage takes about 10 minutes per bag and there was an enormous line. It took 30 minutes just to store our luggage for the day.
