Scheduled an office visit with Dr. Fell just to refill prescriptions -routine blood pressure meds, etc. -paid the co-pay ($40) -then got a bill for $179. The visit took less than 5 minutes, no bp check, height, or weight, just hi, I need these refilled, and by. The total bill was $324, and I have Health Choice insurance that I pay $700/mo for. I m retired and on a fixed income. Absolutely unbelievable and unethical! Will NEVER use NHS again! Our US health care system is horrible! that stuff like this can even happen is reprehensible!
