The Bulgarian Veg Society is doing excellent work in promoting vegetarianism. Their website, vegebg.org, provides a plethora of information and resources for those interested in adopting a plant-based lifestyle. I particularly appreciate their emphasis on sustainability and the environmental impact of our food choices. The community they have built is also very welcoming and supportive. I'm grateful to have found them!
