I had a mixed experience with Billetgratuit.com. While their website is easy to navigate and has a wide selection of tickets, I found their customer service to be lacking. The tickets I purchased were for a concert that ended up being cancelled, but getting a refund was a hassle. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
