I love the Berger family! My husband and I were loyal customers for About 20 years. We adored hearing how the stories of how the sons were doing in school when the father was seeing us. The perfect place to receive dental care as far as we were concerned. Until about 2 years ago When I had was treated with disrespect, loud talking and was pretty much dismissed by the Spanish woman who handled insurance claims on 2 separate occasions is what caused us to make a decision I never thought I d have to make at least not like this. When asked if one of the Doctors could give me a call about me work up the planned I was advised by her that The Doctors don t return calls. I was floored. And made the decision to take our business elsewhere if this is how she thought she ran the office, and this was companies clients should be treated.
