Worst dealership ever...they have 2 or 3 good empl...

Worst dealership ever...they have 2 or 3 good employees...beyond that here is my experiences over the past 2 years....bought a 2014 Ford focus not knowing of the transmission issues...it started acting up for at least the 4th time yesterday...the technician admitted the transmission is slipping..but it's still within Ford specs???...what the hell..you buy a certified vehicle, and a slipping transmission is acceptable???..their response..keep running it till it gets worse
Bought a 2011 Kia Sorento...within a 1000 miles an oil sensor went out covering the undercarriage and hatch in oil...they replaced it...82 miles before the 3,000 mile warranty was up it spun a bearing...meaning the motor was no good..what do they do?...replace it with a motor that supposedly has 12,000 miles less than the vehicle has.BUT couldn't provide documentation of the mileage of the vehicle it was pulled from.....other experiences..I seen a "nice looking" Ford sport Trac at their Chevy dealership...they had a Kelly blue book print out on the vehicle saying what it was valued at...I took a picture and went home to look it up for myself..they were trying to make it look as if you are getting a deal according to their kbb paper...in reality they were asking almost a thousand dollars more than it REALLY booked at...buyers beware of these red lion dealerships!!
