I have been using Urbox - digital rewards & loyalty solution for the past few months and I must say it has been an average experience. The platform is easy to use and navigate, but there are certain areas that need improvement. The customer support team is quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. However, I have noticed some glitches in the system which can be frustrating at times. Overall, it is a decent platform for managing loyalty programs.
