We are so glad we bought our Bosch refrigerator from Jarrell vs one of the big box stores. We almost went with a freestanding Liebherr but couldn t find one to view in person and didn t feel comfortable biting the bullet on something we couldn t see. Our sales rep, Taylor, was still amazing even though we ended up going with a less expensive model and worked with us on delivery. Everyone has been very responsive and acted quickly to have a door replaced on our fridge since it was delivered with a small ding. Delivery was way more professional than when I used Home Depot on my last fridge. Due to our experience we are ordering a matching dishwasher even though ours works great and will use them again when it is time to replace our 36 range.
