I recently used a travel agency to plan my trip to Ireland. The experience was great overall, but there were a few minor issues. The itinerary provided by the agency was thorough and well-designed. However, there were some communication problems with the company. Despite this, my trip went smoothly and I had a wonderful time exploring Ireland. I would recommend this agency to others, but with some reservations.
