I recently switched my insurance to another provider after being with Coach Road Insurance Agency for several years. While their rates were reasonable, I found better coverage elsewhere. However, I must say that my experience with Coach Road Insurance Agency was positive overall. The customer service was excellent and the staff was friendly and professional.
