Eric is such caring person to work with. He genuinely cares about the quality of your life, in terms of hearing. You can tell by the way he handles you as a patient/client, that he truly wants you to hear what you re missing out on and if he doesn t meet your standard, it s truly up to you. It s been my experience, with Eric, that if you re not satisfied...tell him. Eric and his team will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied and you can hear everything you want to hear. Don t be afraid of taking that first step toward better hearing. I m quite thankful that Eric and his team has helped my mother hear better...our lives are so much better for it....cheers!
