Product quality is better than expected. The pages are butter smooth and the yearbooks have been very well bound. Not one defective piece was found in all the 250 books. The books were very well packed. All the pictures have come out pretty good and everyone seems more than satisfied. The product is a big success.

Ever since I first got in touch with Suyog, he has been very prompt in responding to my queries. Whether it be price quotation or the final edits, he has just been a phone call away. He has been very supportive too. I was pretty late in ordering and getting the data filled by my college students but Suyog ensured that everything would be done on time. He very clearly mentioned to me how many days would be required for various phases of designing and delivering the books and though i missed all the deadlines from my side, Suyog ensured that work got over with promptness from his side.

The best part about dealing with Suyog is that he doesn't make you feel like you're talking to a company representative. He talks like a friend, gives his word and delivers.

During the final edits, I wanted to make sure that the final product would be well accepted by everyone in college and so I sent the pdf for corrections and edits. Some of the edits that the students demanded were unwarranted, like replacing testimonials, something that should have been taken care of earlier, yet Suyog didn't let me down. He made sure that the edits went through as asked.

Even though we started off late and I took a lot of time to get the data filled and sent from my side, there were never any delays from Print Bindaas's side. I had a very strict deadline to follow. With college getting over on the 28th of March, I needed the books a day before that. The yearbooks were delivered to me in Goa on the 26th of March.
