I had intended only to look at Honda models before going on to look at Toyota and Buick, but didn't need to after test driving the CRV and getting a deal that fit our budget. James was clear, informative and trustworthy in the entire process. I have recommended him to my wife who will be looking for a car. I also want to compliment David Flowers for the efficient, clear, and impeccable way he processed the financial paperwork.
