I had an average experience with Caretree. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was useful. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide clear solutions to my problems. Overall, Caretree is an okay company to work with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
