I had a meal here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing. The food tasted great and the service was amazing - I'm genuinely surprised by some of the reviews on here.

Anyway today I purchased a wok from Chinatown and contacted Yang Sing asking about the best way to 'season' it; they offered to do it themselves and took me into their kitchen and did it there and then - absolutely brilliant and much appreciated!
