I went on a tour with this company and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the itinerary was well-organized. I particularly enjoyed the cultural immersion activities and the delicious local food. The only downside was some delays in the transportation, but it didn't significantly affect the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Lotus tours to fellow travelers.
