I had high hopes, but the experience was lacking. Communication was inconsistent, leaving me feeling uncertain throughout the process. I expected more guidance and support, but it often felt like I was on my own. The search for my new home turned into a stressful ordeal instead of an exciting journey. 😕 I think there’s room for improvement in their responsiveness and overall customer care. 🌧️
