I had a mixed experience with Chipman moving & storage. While the crew was professional and efficient, I did encounter some issues with the communication. There were times when I didn't receive timely updates on the status of my move, which was frustrating. However, they did take good care of my belongings and nothing was damaged during the move. Overall, it was an average experience.
