I would rate Brake-Tec, Inc. as average. The overall service provided by the company was satisfactory, but there is still room for improvement. The mechanics were professional and helpful in diagnosing the issue with my car, but the repair took longer than expected. However, they did a good job in fixing the problem, and the cost was reasonable. I would consider using their services again in the future.
