I use OpenDesk, the cloud destop system developed by Openet and I have to say it's by far the best and easiest IT system I have ever used. It allows me to work either in the office just like a normal IT office network or remotely from anywhere. I can get access to all my work shared file system as well as email and work apps. And unlike lots of other cloud based systems this seems much faster and more reliable, I think this has something to do with it being a private cloud system rather than a public one.

I don't particularly like having to deal with complex IT systems, but OpenDesk takes care of this for me and sheilds me from all the tech stuff. I also like the fact that it's completely secure and I understand it uses the highest level enterprise security.

One of the features I really like is if I'm working on a set of documents in the office and log off to go home, when I login at home I am greeted with the exact same layout as when I logged off, this really helps when doing something creative.
