I have been a customer of Wbc communications, inc. for over 3 years now and I have to say that their services are simply average. While they do provide a decent range of products and solutions, their customer support could use some improvement. There have been times when I had to wait for quite a while before getting a response from their team. Overall, I would rate them as just an average company.
