I have been a customer of Brash3d for a while now and I must say their service has been average at best. The quality of their products is not bad, but it's also not exceptional. There are times when I've had issues with their customer support, but they have always managed to resolve them eventually. Overall, I would say Brash3d is an okay company to do business with.
