Had a very negative experience with the company. Spent hours signing paperwork, communicated multiple times over the phone. When I arrived on site the 2 employees didn't have a very good understanding of what my job was to be. We worked with the company that hired New Direction Sign Service and they were happy for me to start next week. New Direction Sign Service has now given my job away, they refuse to pay me for the time I worked for their company (Wasting my time and gas). In trying to get to a solution and an understanding of why this occured, I was hung up on. I will be meeting with the owner of the company upon returning from Vacation. Would not recommend using this company.
