I recently had the opportunity to use the services of an insurance company. While the experience was not bad overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. The website was user-friendly, but I found the customer support to be lacking. They were responsive, but not particularly helpful. The company could benefit from providing more comprehensive assistance to their customers.
