I recently booked a vacation with Leisure Vacations and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was quite smooth and the website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a little disinterested and didn't go out of their way to make our stay memorable. Overall, it was just an okay experience.
